I’m not going to hold my breath, but the folks at Blogger say they’re working on the problem that caused me to redirect here in the first place:
We’ve noticed that a number of users have had their blogs mistakenly marked as spam, and wanted to sound off real quick to let you know that, despite it being Friday afternoon, we are working hard to sort this out. So to those folks who have received an email saying that your blog has been classified as spam and can’t post right now, we offer our sincere apologies for the trouble.
We hope to have this resolved shortly, and appreciate your patience as we work through the kinks.
Yes, well, thanks for nothing …
Meanwhile, it appears that Firefox is accepting the redirect setting I put on the Blogger version of this sucky blog … but IE is 404′ing it. Dammit. So it’s just going to be a painful weekend, I guess, while I try to decide whether to leave the redirect as it is, more or less automatic, or to put a message in the template of the Blogger version.
I’m not techie enough to do all this …

Hey there. Sorry this is going on for you. It sucks.
Best wishes for your speedy return to the original, often-imitated, never-duplicated Blast Off!.
In the meantime, if you like old acoustic blues or even proto-rock, this should make you temporarily happy: Geeshie Wiley — Eagles on a Half.

Looks good to me, redirect works fine. Yet another feature I didn’t know Blogger had…and am not going to get to make use of as I can*not* persuade Google to let me access my old sites.
This actually looks better than the blogspot site did (sorry)–it was a bit cluttered. Exacerbated by the fact that I usually click on it from links in posts so it comes up in a shrunken box, which I suppose is not your fault as a designer.
